Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders.
All shipments are fully insured and well packed. No extra fee's (Customs, VAT) will be added.
If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work,
or another more convenient destination. For your security the orders may not be delivered without
an authorized signature, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO's. If you cannot be available
to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package
will be present at the designated shipping address.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or
to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the
signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery.
Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire
delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in
accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Shipping time:
To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll receive a e-mail when the order is shipped.
The email also contains the UPS Trackingnumber so you can track the shipment online, and see the expected
delivery date. Normally orders will be shipped within 48 hours after we recieve it. If the ordered items
are not in stock, the total shipping time is normally about 10 days.

Returns:
You can return any SwedishArtglass.com order within 30 days of its shipment for a
full refund or exchange. Please return the item in its original condition. If you
